House cleaning occurs on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. I also offer this service as a one-time visit.
Move-in cleaning is done if you have bought a new home and you would like for it to be cleaned before you move in. Move-out cleaning is done when you are ready to sell your home and you would like for it to be cleaned before you put it on the market. Both move-in and move-out cleaning take place when the home is completely empty.
House Cleaning:
​​-​ Kitchen: counters, sink, outside of appliances, inside of microwave, floor
-Bathrooms: counter, sink, mirror, bathtub, shower, toilet, floor
-Living Areas and Bedrooms: dust furniture and decor, floors
*I offer my house cleaning clients extra deep cleaning services at an extra price. Those extra services can be found under the "Move-in and Move-out Cleaning" section.
**Prices vary depending on the size of the home, the frequency of the cleaning, and the amount of work required to do the cleaning.

-Bathrooms: counter, sink, mirror, bathtub, shower, toilet, inside and outside of cabinets and drawers, baseboards, dust light fixture, towel bars, floor
-Living Areas and Bedrooms: dust light fixtures and fans, baseboards, floor
-All Rooms/Miscellaneous: doors, door frames, dust blinds, dust windowsills, inside of back door window or sliding glass door, inside of window on front door, vacuum window and sliding glass door tracks
